Non defective returns can only be exchanged for the same model. Non defective returns must include original packaging and contents, otherwise additional fees may be incurred.
All B/Z-Stock items are tested working and sold with a 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated.
Personal use items that are used at your mouth or in your ear cannot be returned once opened and used due to health laws. This includes all microphones, ear plugs, and in-ear earphones. We may accept returns on opened Audix mics, on a case per case basis.
All items shipping within the USA are shipped via FedEx or USPS, unless freight service is needed. All shipping outside of the USA is shipped via USPS International Insured service. International freight services are provided by FedEx International Freight services and/or BAX Global.
